"Tuve una experiencia muy desagradable con el servicio al cliente en state farm. La señorita Alejandra Bedoya fue extremadamente grosera y poco respetuosa al atender a los clientes. Sus respuestas fueron inapropiadas y con una actitud que no corresponde a alguien que trabaja en atención al público. Los clientes merecen ser tratados con respeto y amabilidad, Espero que la administración tome en cuenta este tipo de comportamientos y mejore la calidad del servicio al cliente."
